One of my articles published in the J. Marshall Rev. Intell. Prop. L. 17: 326 (2018) has been cited in a crucial European Parliament document on ‘Standard Essential Patents and Internet of Things (IoT)’. The document was requested by the European Parliament's Committee on Legal Affairs and commissioned, overseen, and published by the Policy Department for Citizens’ Rights and Constitutional Affairs.
One of my co-edited books 'Multi-dimensional Approaches Towards New Technology: Insights on Innovation, Patents, and Competition' is part of Springer International’s list of top ten new books in law in 2018 and ranked 3 in the ten most downloaded new books in law in 2018 internationally.
As of July 2020, two of my books on technology innovation have been downloaded more than 182,000 times since their release in 2017 and 2018. My chapters have collectively been downloaded more than 40,000 times - a record for Springer in India.
